Description
This medication is used to treat infections of certain parasites (e.g., Schistosoma and liver flukes). Curing parasitic infections helps to improve your health and quality of life. Praziquantel belongs to a class of drugs known as anthelmintics. It works by killing the parasites. It also paralyzes the parasites, causing them to release their hold on the blood vessel walls so the body can remove them naturally.
How to use Praziquantel TabletTake this medication by mouth with a meal as directed by your doctor, usually 3 times a day (4 to 6 hours apart) for 1 day. Quickly swallow the tablets or tablet segments with a full glass of water (8 ounces or 240 milliliters). Do not chew or suck the tablets because the bitter taste of praziquantel may cause gagging or vomiting.
How should I take praziquantel?
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Praziquantel is usually taken 3 times in one day. Take your doses 4 to 6 hours apart on that day.
Praziquantel should be taken with a meal and a full glass (8 ounces) of water.
You may need to break a praziquantel tablet in order to get the correct dose. Follow your doctor's instructions.

What is Ampicillin?
Ampicillin works by fighting bacteria in the body to treat infections. The active ingredient Ampicillin belongs to a class of medications called penicillin antibiotics. The medication can be used to treat bacterial infections such as E. coli, salmonella, gonorrhea, pneumonia, bronchitis as well as bladder, skin, lung, ear and urinary tract infections. The capsules can be used to treat bacterial infections but cannot be used to treat viral infections such as the common cold or flu.
How is it used?
It should be taken every 6 hours daily or as directed by a doctor. The capsules should be taken on an empty stomach, 2 hours after or 1 hour prior to eating a meal.
